Terms and Conditions of the “1 Month at 50% Off” Promotion 

§1. Promotion Provider

The promotion is offered by Noli Gdansk Old Town / Noli Gdansk Wrzeszcz / Noli Gdansk Riverside (hereinafter referred to as the “Property”). 

§2. Promotion Period

The promotion is valid until the allocated number of promotional places has been exhausted. The Property reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time, without prejudice to the rights already acquired by participants. 

§3. Conditions of Participation

  1. The promotion is available to customers who are consumers and who book a stay (enter into an accommodation services agreement with the Property) for a minimum period of 9 consecutive months (the “Agreement”).
  2. To qualify for the promotion, the participant must enter into the Agreement and make all payments on time throughout its duration. One late payment of no more than 7 days will be permitted.
  3. If the conditions specified in point 2 are met, the Property will grant the participant a complimentary benefit consisting of a monthly stay with a 50% discount applied to the accommodation fee for that month (the “Benefit”). The Benefit does not apply to any additional charges imposed by the Property for extra services (such as laundry, storage, meals, etc.).
  4. The promotion applies exclusively to new Agreements concluded during the promotion period and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
  5. In the Noli Gdansk Old Town property, the promotion does not apply to Compact and Standard units, which are covered by a separate promotion.

§4. Settlement Rules

  1. If the Agreement is terminated, meaning that the Agreement ends regardless of the reason for termination or which party initiated it (the Property or the participant), the right to the Benefit shall expire. Consequently, the participant will be required to pay the accommodation fee for the first month in full.
  2. If the participant fails to comply with the timely payment requirement referred to in §3 point 2, the right to the Benefit shall expire. Consequently, the participant will be required to pay the accommodation fee for the first month in full.
  3. In the situations described in points 1 or 2 above, the Property will issue an invoice covering the accommodation fee for the first month, payable within 7 days.
  4. The Benefit is not redeemable for cash or tangible goods.
  5. The Benefit may not be transferred to a third party.

§5. Final Provisions

  1. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Property reserves the right to amend the terms of the promotion at any time, without prejudice to the rights already acquired by participants.
  3. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the laws of Poland.
