Our beautiful shared spaces offer more room for community. Specifically designed areas for lounging, dining and entertainment.
Lounge
Our lounge is a shared living room, designed for socialising and spending time together. It also includes a quiet, more private space for reading and relaxing.
Cooking and dining area
With common fully equipped kitchen, daily meal prep can be easy and fun while meeting new neighbours. The dining space is perfect from simple breakfast to family style dinners.
Movie and games room
Our movie and game rooms are equipped with a large screen TV and game console on some sites. The ultimate in entertainment, all at your fingertips.

Engage with an inspiring community while using our meeting and co-working spaces.
Meeting rooms
Most our sites have a private meeting room. They’re available with a large table and seating to accommodate 6-8 people. These rooms include a large screen TV for your group presentation needs.
Co-working space
Our co-working space allows all guests to conveniently work in an inspiring environment.
You can find a variety of open workspaces where you can comfortably work or collaborate. Enjoy the flexibility of ‘hot seats’ available for spontaneous discussions or focused work sessions.
Recharging
Our gym and spa-style sauna area are the perfect place to recharge after a long day.
Sauna area
In the sauna area, you will find showers and a traditional sauna – available at Noli Gdansk Wrzeszcz, Riverside, and Old Town. For opening hours and details about each location, please ask our hosts.
Gym
Most of our sites have a gym: Our gyms allows you to workout in a professionally equipped room located conveniently just a few floors away from your Noli Studios space.
Cleaning
Enjoy our hotel style cleaning services, shared home appliances and complementary laundry room.
Laundry room
To complement the washing machines located in all of our locations, the onsite laundry room offers guests additional washing machines, tumble dryers, a sewing machine, ironing appliances and a drying area for hanging clothes.
Cleaning services
For Flex and Fixed Stays, studio cleaning is available for an additional fee. For Short Stays, your studio is cleaned every three days.
Service stations
Our service stations include small household appliances such as vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, and clothing steamer.
Transport
Transportation is made easy with bicycle services. Experience your neighborhood with less stress and more room to explore.
Bicycle services
Our spacious and safe bicycle storage together with shared bikes make cycling the best way to move around. Available for all guests, on all locations but Noli Otaniemi, free of charge. Noli Otaniemi has City Bikes available right in front of the property.
Car parking
Car parking and electric charging stations are available for an additional fee. Availability is limited, so please ask for more information from site staff.
Storage and mail
Our storage and mail services allow you to conveniently order home deliveries and even keep groceries in cold storage until pickup.
Reception pick-up point
Your deliveries can come straight to you. Take advantage of the on-site parcel lockers (available at most locations), or collect smaller orders directly from our Hosts
Additional storage space
Our additional storage rooms allow you to store small and big belongings for later use. Storage space is available for an additional charge.
Restaurant
Unique dining concepts are planned for Noli Mokotow and the Old Town. These relaxed, neighborhood-style eateries are designed to welcome both our guests and the local community. Get familiar with restaurants on the page of your Noli site.
Breakfasts
Start your day exactly the way you like. We offer breakfast as a convenient catering service — simply choose your breakfast menu, let our hosts know, and a fresh meal will be waiting at your door in the morning.
In locations where on-site restaurants are available, breakfast is also served there.
