Flexible stay bookings are valid monthly and continue for as long as you choose. Book either a complete, fully furnished studio equipped with the comforts of home, or a lightly furnished studio with just the essentials to further customize the space for yourself.

Noli Studios collects a security deposit (the “Deposit”) at the time of booking. The Deposit serves several purposes:

1. It guarantees your booking – without the Deposit, the reservation will not be confirmed,
2. It secures proper use of the Studio – if you cause damage or fail to meet your payment obligations, we may use the Deposit to cover the costs,
3. It ensures a comfortable experience – adherence to Noli Studios’ standards improves the overall quality of your stay.

The reservation fee of 350 PLN is a one-time, non-refundable charge collected when making a Flexible stay booking. It covers administrative and handling costs related to processing the reservation.

Our apartments come in five sizes: Compact, Standard, Medium, Spacious, and Large. Compact and Standard are studio-style units, while Medium and Spacious may include a separate bedroom. Large apartments feature one or even two separate bedrooms.
Additionally, you can choose between a lightly furnished studio and a fully furnished one.
The lightly furnished studio includes essentials: bed, table, chairs, cabinets and other fixed furniture.
A fully furnished studio provides a bed/beds, pillows, a table and chairs, cabinets, lighting, basic home appliances, textiles, and accessories. Larger studios include a sofa. A fully furnished studio is move-in ready and includes everything you need for your stay.

If your plans change, please note that shortening the agreed length of stay is not possible. The reservation covers a fixed period and remains binding for the entire declared duration.
However, it is possible to extend your stay, subject to availability. In such cases, we encourage you to contact our Host Team, who will check the available options and assist you with arranging the extension.

Fixed stays are agreed for a predefined period and therefore do not include a formal renewal option.

We will handle it for you. Your studio rate includes a utility fee for water, electricity and usage of wireless internet. Standard usage is charged, extra usage will be charged extra.

At Noli Studios insurance is not required. If you wish, you may assure your personal belongings with your own movable property insurance.

In case you have a +12 month contract, a change of studio into a bigger one is possible after 4 months of stay. However, this requires a new booking into the new studio, with a contract length of 8 months minimum. The possibility to change a studio always depends on the availability and is subject to a service fee. More information from Host Team on-site.

If you have no outstanding payments or damages after your stay, the Deposit will be refunded within 60 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method and in the same currency as the original payment.

If any damage occurs during your stay, the necessary repair costs will be deducted from the Deposit.

No, the Deposit does not accrue interest.

If you extend your stay at Noli Studios, we may ask you to pay an additional Deposit. We may also request a top-up if part of the Deposit has been used to cover outstanding charges.

No, the 350 PLN reservation fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel your booking regardless of the length of your stay. None of the Flexible stay bookings are refundable altogether.

No, the reservation fee is a one-off payment made at the time of your initial Flexible stay booking. You won’t be charged again if you extend or change your reservation later (unless you cancel and make a new booking).

Short stay bookings are similar to a traditional hotel reservation. Maximum length of a short stay booking is one month. All short stay studios are fully furnished

In case you wish to extend your short stay booking, please contact the Noli staff of your site. Possibility to extend your booking depends on the availability.

The length of stay of short stay bookings are always binding. This means that you can check out early, but the booking will stand valid until the booked departure date nonetheless.

You can book a studio either as a private or a corporate customer. In order to make a company booking directly online, you need a Noli company number for your company. If you don’t have one yet, please contact our corporate sales from corporate@nolistudios.com.

To assure a paperless Guest journey we will be e-invoicing your company, consent will be part of accommodation agreement with Noli Studios. You can ask more from corporate@nolistudios.com.

Personal mail can be delivered to our Host office and needs to be personally collected by you, during office working hours.

Storage space is available for an additional charge Please feel free to request extra storage space by contacting your Hosts.

Your guests are always welcome at Noli Studios with your presence and have access to most of our shared spaces and services. However, the gym is not available to your guests. Please respect the Noli Studios community with your own guests and follow the agreed service terms.

Should you have personal guests in your studio longer than 2-3 days, please inform our staff for a separate agreement. The number of guests can not exceed the set studio capacity.

Guest policies can vary slightly based on location, so please contact your Noli staff for further information.

Pets are warmly welcome to all studios for an additional fee. Pet fee is 150 PLN per month.

Pet-friendly studios do not include personal pet supplies, such as dog beds or water bowls. Please limit the time your pet is alone in the studio. For regularly scheduled room cleaning, please have your studio empty of all people and pets.

Please avoid using shared spaces with your pet due to allergies. Take other guests into account when traveling through shared spaces.

Parking space is available for an additional charge. Parking types vary based on the location, in terms of e.g. electric car charging stations or covered parking spaces. The number of spaces are limited, so please contact us for availability options and booking.

Noli Studios works constantly on reducing the environmental load their premises cause.

Most of the climate impact caused by the use of our premises is due to energy consumption. Noli Studios utilizes renewable electricity, which means that our electricity does not cause emissions. Noli Studios locations are heated with district heating and cooled with district cooling, which generates CO2 emissions. Noli Studios mitigates the negative climate impact by compensating for the emissions related to fuel and energy use of all accommodations and common spaces.
