Noli Mokotow opened its doors in 2023 as the first Noli Studios in Poland. Embracing the concept of co-living, Noli Mokotow offers a wide range of studio apartments in various sizes and with different amenities. Guests have the option to choose between two types of stays: short and flexible. The flexible stay contract is valid for one month and can be renewed periodically, while a short stay is comparable to booking a traditional hotel.
What sets Noli Studios apart is the inclusion of shared spaces that are available to all guests, fostering a sense of community. These communal areas include a magnificent kitchen and dining room where residents can prepare meals while making new friends. There is also a playroom, equipped with a large-screen TV and game console, designed for games and movies. The communal laundry area offers washing machines, dryers, and other amenities to make laundry time a breeze. Additionally, there is a specially designated zone where residents can entertain themselves while waiting. Noli Studios provides spaces for collaborative work as well as a cozy living room, which serves as the perfect spot for socializing. The spirit of co-living thrives within the Noli Studios facilities, creating a vibrant community that residents easily connect with.
Located in the heart of Mokotów’s business district, Noli Mokotow, Warsaw, offers its guests convenient access to essential city amenities, all within a 15-minute walk. Guests with a passion for art, entertainment, or simply craving the lively energy of the city can take advantage of the nearby tram and bus lines, which efficiently connect to other districts. The metro and SKM trains are also in close proximity. Combining stylish studios with unparalleled amenities and the city’s rich cultural offerings, Noli Mokotow promises an exceptional stay and quality time spent.
Noli Mokotow boasts 280 elegant studios spread across 9 floors. In addition, a generous 580 sqm of common space has been allocated for guests to enjoy freely. Residents will also have access to bicycles for their convenience. The comfortable parking facility can accommodate 81 cars, with electric vehicle charging stations available for eco-friendly charging solutions. The interior design of Noli Mokotow was expertly crafted by Studio Illiard, ensuring a stylish and inviting atmosphere throughout.

At Noli, we make mornings easy with fresh breakfast delivered straight to your door. Whether you’re heading out for the day or enjoying a slow start, a hassle-free meal is just an order away. Simply place your order by 9 PM the night before at the host office or via email. Breakfast is 60 PLN per day, and you can also pre-order for a week or month for added convenience. Your meal includes a selection of fresh morning bites with juice, though coffee and tea are not included—they can be purchased anytime from the vending machines in our lounge.
